Our client, a leading private equity firm, has an opportunity to join its back office team in a newly designed role. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CCO, CFO, and Tax Director, and provides meaningful ownership across legal documentation, entity management, and investor-related workflows. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage transaction and fund-related legal documentation, including organizational documents and governance materials
- Coordinate entity formations, dissolutions, and ongoing maintenance across fund structures
- Maintain and organize legal records, including corporate books, structure charts, and document management systems
- Support investor-related processes, including onboarding, transfers, and responses to diligence requests
- Partner closely with finance and tax teams on fund operations, account openings, and entity-level workflows
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and filings as needed, in coordination with the CCO
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a paralegal, legal operations, fund administration, or related role
- Prior experience within private equity, asset management, or private funds required within a law firm setting or directly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
- Interest in building a long-term career in legal operations within a private investment firm
Compensation Expectations: $110-150K base + bonus
