Our client, a leading private investment firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join its New York office. - Work directly with people across the firm, including the investment professionals and members of the Operations team (the General Counsel/COO, Compliance Officer, Finance team, and Investor Relations) on document management, filings, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize legal and compliance records, databases, and internal filing systems across fund, corporate, and investor documentation.
- Support the preparation and coordination of fund formation and investor materials, including side letters, partnership agreements, and due-diligence requests.
- Assist with regulatory filings and compliance monitoring (e.g., Form ADV, Form PF, marketing reviews, vendor diligence).
- Draft and proofread correspondence, NDAs, resolutions, and other standard agreements.
- Coordinate document execution, signature packets, and investor onboarding materials.
- Liaise across internal teams (legal, compliance, finance, investor relations) and external counsel to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Support ad-hoc firm initiatives related to corporate governance and operational efficiency as well as special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of experience as a corporate or investment-management paralegal in a law firm or financial-services environment.
- Familiarity with private-fund documentation, regulatory filings, and record-keeping best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and judgment.
Compensation Expectations: $125-200k all-in compensation
