Our client, A leading multi-billion dollar private credit platform is seeking its first fully integrated General Counsel to oversee legal and compliance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to support continued growth across lending and investment strategies.

- Broad remit across fund formation, regulatory, and transactional matters

Responsibilities:
- Lead legal, regulatory, and compliance functions
- Oversee Advisers Act compliance and SEC readiness
- Advise on fund formation, transactions, and governance
- Review marketing materials and investor communications
- Develop policies across compliance and risk areas
Qualifications:
- JD required
- 20+ years in legal/compliance specifically within private credit
- Strong SEC/regulatory and fund experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage required
Compensation Expectations: $400-450K base + very attractive bonus + incentives
