Matthew Leitz spearheads internal operations for the firm. In his capacity, he oversees finance, HR, legal, IT, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Matt has a track record of success leading and scaling search firms, and brings a client- and process-centric approach to his role.
In addition to his practical responsibilities, Matt is highly focused on the development of the firm’s staff, setting the bar high for team performance and driving individualized professional development goals. Outside his professional pursuits, you can find him enjoying Thai takeout with his wife, walking his dog, or cheering on the Boston Celtics.
Out of Office
You can find me outside the office… exploring New York one coffee shop at a time in the mornings or watching a Celtics game in the evenings.
I named my dog… after the basketball arena at my alma mater. Boiler up!
Three countries I’d love to visit are… Portugal, Argentina, and New Zealand.
My favorite vacation spot… Asheville, NC.
