Joanna is our recovering lawyer who graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Political Science before attending American University, Washington College of Law. After practicing law for several years, Joanna decided to help those in her former profession take the next steps in their legal careers. She has an incredible knack for finding talent that evades the internet and is tremendously reliable. Her candidates credit her for helping them showcase their skillset and knowledge given her attention to detail and command for the opportunities Cardea represents.

You can find me outside the office hanging with my family – hopefully doing something outdoors!
I named my dog Penny because I loved the name and she is the same color as a penny!
Three countries I’d love to visit are New Zealand, Norway or revisit other parts of Japan.
My favorite vacation spot is a beautiful beach or a ski mountain.
My favorite Cardea Group memory is rejoining after several years hiatus.
I’d describe my clients as knowledgeable and determined to find the right candidate for the job!
