Jessica, a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Legal Studies, brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for excellence to Cardea Group. Leveraging her professional background to work directly with headhunted candidates through the retained search process, Jessica serves as a Retrained Search Coordinator for the team. She assists the team in assessing and guiding candidates through the interview process. As a dedicated mother of two, Jessica understands the importance of balance and determination, both in her professional and personal life. Outside of the office, you’ll find Jessica on the lake with her family or reading a book!

My favorite vacation spot…
Anywhere on the west coast of Florida, from Destin to Key West –those beaches are some of the best in the country and the sunsets are so dreamy. I also really love Rhode Island (in the summer) haha.
