Jessica earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. At Cardea Group, she serves as a Retained Search Coordinator, working closely with candidates throughout the search process and helping guide them through each stage of the interview journey. She partners with the team to evaluate talent and create a thoughtful, personal experience for both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time on the boat with her husband and two daughters, getting lost in a good book, and making the most of weekends together. She believes a fulfilling career is important, but the best parts of life happen away from a desk.

A: Maggie Rogers at FPL Solar Amphitheater in Miami, FL. She’s phenomenal, and that venue is perfection.

A: Know your strengths, and don’t be afraid to build your career around them. You don’t have to be everything to everyone to be amazing.

A: At home; comfort, a snack, or help finding something that’s somehow “missing” even though it’s right in front of them. At work; help turning ideas into action, solving a problem, or building a plan. I love creative problem solving!

A: Conducting our recorded interviews. After thousands of them, I’ve learned how to help candidates feel comfortable in a format that’s unfamiliar to most people, and I genuinely enjoy meeting the person behind the résumé.
