Jessica is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her BS in Legal Studies. At Cardea Group, she serves as a Retained Search Coordinator, working closely with candidates throughout the search process and helping guide them through each stage of the interview journey. She partners with the team to assess talent and ensure a thoughtful, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Jessica is a dedicated mom of two who values balance just as much as drive. When she’s not supporting a search, you’ll likely find her out on the boat with her family or getting lost in a good book.

My favorite vacation spot…
Anywhere on the west coast of Florida, from Destin to Key West. Those beaches are some of the best in the country and the sunsets are so dreamy. I also really love Rhode Island (in the summer).

I love reading! I read mostly fiction novels but can be found picking up a non-fiction title from time to time. My favorite authors are Kristin Hannah, Rebecca Yarros, Colleen Hoover, and John Green.
I have two adorable daughters.
I live for boat days with my family. Dolphin sightings and sunset cruises are my all-time favorite things!
