Heartwarming? There are too many. Hilarious? An elevator was out of service at our client's office so my candidate had to walk up 17 flights of stairs to his interview only to realize that all of the doors letting him out of the stairwell were all locked. He ended up making it into the interview (a bit sweaty) and landed the job!
